NORAS enables job boards to provide transparent and objective data to advertisers. Providing your clients with this data will enable them to gain a better understanding of your site’s strengths and understand more fully the size and profile of your audience.

In addition to providing your clients with transparent and objective data participating in NORAS (which is supported by the IAB, AOP and AGR) sends out a clear message that your business is contributing to raising standards within the online recruitment industry and supports the provision of independent data to facilitate advertising decisions.

There are two compulsory elements to the data contained in NORAS

Job boards also have the option of submitting three additional pieces of information that help demonstrate the levels of response generated to recruitment advertisements

  1. Online Job Applications – showing the number of submitted online job applications or CVs.
  2. Online Job referrals – showing the number of clicks on web links within job advertisements
  3. Email Job referrals – showing the number of clicks on email links within job advertisements

This information enables you to demonstrate the quality and size of your audience to advertisers and gives your sales team the evidence they need to construct a strong sales case.
