How NORAS works
NORAS accurately profiles the users of the major UK job boards, segmenting the data by more than 40 categories including industry sector, location, seniority, experience, etc.
A wealth of information
Over 200,000 candidates have told us about their online behaviour and preferences and their job-seeking methods and success rates. We have built an accurate demographic profile of each user, including key criteria such as age, gender, location, qualifications, and socio-economic status.
For each job board, this user data is then combined with audited traffic figures to build a robust and highly detailed model and understanding of each job board's audience and make-up.
