NORAS is owned and managed by Enhance Media, an online recruitment communications agency that provides research, strategy, training and advertising services that enable recruitment professionals to recruit more efficiently and cost effectively through the use of technology and online media

Research

In addition to NORAS, the UK’s largest online recruitment research project, Enhance Media offers a range of quantitative and qualitative research services. Strategy

Training

We offer both bespoke in-house training and open seminars to those wishing to get more from the internet as a recruitment tool. Subjects covered include developing corporate careers sites, choosing and using job boards, search engine advertising and optimisation and emerging recruitment tools such as blogs and podcasts. In addition to the day’s training delegates receive a comprehensive course manual and post course support. Enhance Media’s training courses are approved as Level 2 BTECs by Edexcel, the UK’s largest awarding body. This gives recruitment professionals the unique opportunity to gain an online recruitment qualification.

Advertising

Enhance Media’s advertising services enable you to target a range of job seekers online. Our job board planning and buying service enables you to target active job seekers through job boards.
