What is NORAS?
NORAS is the National Online Recruitment Audience Survey. Established in 2002, NORAS provides independent and objective data to easily compare the audiences of different job boards, and choose the job board that best meets your recruitment needs.
Maximising your Investment
Using NORAS you can target the right online audience, increasing applications from relevant best-fit candidates, while reducing irrelevant and time-wasting applications. NORAS is the route to maximising return on investment and making online recruitment as efficient and effective as possible.

It’s all free
All NORAS data is free and fully searchable, all you need to do is register. You can download the free results booklets, download industry reports and use NORAS interactive – a powerful online tool that calculates how many suitable candidates each job board can offer.
A comprehensive view of the industry
NORAS 2009 has 31 current job board participants. NORAS 2010 (results in Feb 2010) has doubled in size with 70 confirmed participants. NORAS is supported by major industry bodies such as ABCe, AOP, IAB, BMRB and the AGR who ALL recognise the contribution it makes to the recruitment industry by supplying independent and objective candidate data.
